Nipissing Wellness OHT has turned 5! Thanks to the dedication and commitment of local health and social services leaders across the district, Nipissing Wellness Ontario Health Team has flourished over the past few years. Local collaboration and co-design has improved outcomes for patients living with chronic disease, vulnerable seniors living in our communities and enhanced our awareness of system gaps and challenges.

NWOHT has had impact! We look forward to the opportunity to work with provincial and regional partners to expand access to primary care in the years ahead and will continue to strive towards our vision of unified, caring, health and social services centred around patients, families and caregivers.
